"Florencia,
I wanted to thank you so much for catering my sister's baby shower on such short notice. I was frantic about the fast approaching date when your email arrived - To be honest I'd never really considered having my party catered, but you seemed like the answer to my prayers.
Being a novice catering customer, your menu suggestions relieved my worries considerably. The spread was so complete and the professional presentation and delicious food garnered many compliments from the group of 25 women. The roasted chicken, pasta primavera and potatoes accompanied by the colorful salad and rolls was fabulous enough but to be topped off with the lovely array of desserts made the party simply enjoyable. This allowed me to focus on being the hostess and the party was surprisingly enjoyable for me too. More than once I was tempted to tell them I did it all myself. But I recommended you to all my guests instead.
 Thanks again and I hope to find an excuse to cater again in the near future!
