Florencia, Hello Florencia! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job at our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary celebration on June 4th. Everyone who attended commented on the wonderful job the caterer did. My Dad was especially impressed, and he’s very hard to please! Your staff was very professional and polite and easy to work with. Just wanted to thank you so much for everything you did to make our daughter’s graduation party a success. (despite the weather!!!) The food was delicious and the cakes were excellent too. The chicken, broccoli and ziti was so good and so were the sandwiches. The whole strawberry short cake was gone and most of the vanilla and chocolate cakes went too! I was very happy with the menu overall. Also I wanted to thank you again for having Meghan help us. She was super nice and very professional. It was great to have her help. Please thank her again for me. When school is finally out, the flooded basement is completely cleaned up (thankfully that happened AFTER the party!!) and the dust finally settles, we can look back and remember what a wonderful party it was. However, I can tell you my experience with Florencia Gazzolo and The G Connection was outstanding. Believe me when I say it wasn't an easy job. I had one week to find a caterer for a ribbon cutting ceremony in a new train station for 75 people. However, from my first telephone conversation with Florencia, I realized I had the right caterer. Because of the location of this job she had to improvise and "make-do" with the limited resources supplied and she managed perfectly. Not only did she come up with wonderful ideas for the right food, she also made a cake in the shape of a train with each car a different flavor! Florencia brings not only wonderful ideas and delicious food, but also an energy that makes it fun to work with her. She truly enjoys her work and will exceed your expectations. It can be said that you took the time to pick the best ingredients to prepare the best dishes. Of course, the end result was a predictable success! In our guest list we had included some of the most discriminating critics, and they were impressed as well as pleasantly satisfied. Having guests in one's home can create a tremendous amount of pressure; however, having you around performing in such a professional, cool collected manner simply was the perfect recipe. Hi Florencia – My sister and I wanted to be sure that we thanked you for your part in what turned out to be a marvelous party this past Saturday for our parents’ 45th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and you were a pleasure to work with throughout – we will certainly consider doing this with you again! Most importantly, we wanted to thank you for sending Trish to help us with serving and clean up. Florencia, I wanted to thank you so much for catering my sister's baby shower on such short notice. I was frantic about the fast approaching date when your email arrived - To be honest I'd never really considered having my party catered, but you seemed like the answer to my prayers. Being a novice catering customer, your menu suggestions relieved my worries considerably. The spread was so complete and the professional presentation and delicious food garnered many compliments from the group of 25 women. The roasted chicken, pasta primavera and potatoes accompanied by the colorful salad and rolls was fabulous enough but to be topped off with the lovely array of desserts made the party simply enjoyable. This allowed me to focus on being the hostess and the party was surprisingly enjoyable for me too. More than once I was tempted to tell them I did it all myself. Good morning, I like your website and as I perused it, I was quite amazed with what you have accomplished in as short a period of time as you have. As a business owner, it is refreshing to see you bring marketing to such a creative level and I am glad to see that you understand that success really does take a lot of work and you are obviously not afraid of hard work or of working public events yourself, such as the farmers market and I thought I heard talk of you doing some trade show events. Personally I find trade shows especially valuable because it gives the public an actual idea and in your case a taste of what you do and how you do it and in your case, much like mine, our businesses are not exactly somewhere where someone would just walk in off the street. I hope that you have the opportunity to come by on June 3rd for the prime rib cookout and I will definitely plan to utilize your business in future events. Looking at you website, your menu selection is very nice and as much as I love to cook, sometimes running a business get busy and I need to take short cuts. If I was putting on a dinner and opted to buy from you, do you offer the meal stuff, (obviously I am not a chef), in a manner that I can just pick it up and bring it back and pretend I slaved over a hot stove all day?
